Late yesterday afternoon my husband toldme to get my camera and come outside to
see this turtle. It had dug a hole and we
thought it was going to lay eggs. I waited and
waited but nothing happened. I finally gave
up. I checked this morning the turtle was
gone but the hole was still there. It was not
covered over so I surmised it did not lay
any eggs.

Awwww! The turtle must have decided that this wasn't a good place.... and maybe she didn't like being watched. Maybe it made her insecure.
She's a pretty turtle. Do you know what kind she is?
How neat! Something we don't see up our way. Sorry no eggs, tho.
How cool! Joseph would have loved seeing that!
