WELCOME THE MONTH OF AUGUST

"Fairest of the months!  Ripe summer's queen the hey-day of the year with robes that gleam with sunny sheen sweet August doth appear."

                                                                  ~R. Combe Miller~
"The brilliant poppy flaunts her head amidst the ripening grain, and adds her voice to sell the song that August's here again."
                                            ~Helen Winslow~

" In August, the large masses of berries, which when in flower had attracted many wild bees, gradually assumed their bright velvety crimson hue, and by their weight again bent down and broke their tender limbs."
                                    ~Henry David Thoreau~

" August rushes by like desert rainfall, a flood of frenzied upheaval, expected but still catching me unprepared like a match flame busting on the scene, heat and haze of crimson sunsets like a dream of moon and dark barely recalled.   A moment, shadows caught in a blink.  Like a quick kiss.  One wishes for more but it suddenly turns to leave dragging summer away."
                               ~Elizabeth Maua Taylor~

WELCOME THE MONTH OF JULY

"The summer looks out from her brazen tower, through the flashing bars of July."
~Francis Thompson~

"Summer is the tine when one sheds one's tensions with one's clothes, and the right kind of day is jeweled balm for the battered spirit.  A few of those days and you can become drunk with the belief that all's right with the world."
~Ada Louise Huxtable~

Have a safe and wonderful month of July.

WELCOME THE MONTH OF JUNE

"Spring being a tough act to follow God created June."
~Al Bernstein~

"It's beautiful the summer month of June when all of God's own wildflowers are in bloom and sun shines brightly most part of the day and butterflies o'er lush green meadows play.

Light hearted skylark songster of the wing high o'er the quiet and lonely moorland sing above her nest cloaked by the tangled heath her charming song so exquisitely sweet.

So mellow the gentle breath of June day breeze the birds rejoicing on the leafy trees and dappled trout in pool bed of the stream bask in the sun their spotted skins agleam."
                                        ~Francis Duggar~

" In June, a many as a dozen species may burst their buds on a single day.  No man can heed all of these anniversaries , no man can ignore al of them"
                                      ~Aldo Leopold~

" A bird in the boughs sing "June," and "June" hummed a bee in a bacchic glee as he tumbled over and over drunk with the honey-dew."
                                         ~Clinton Scollard
