WELCOME THE MONTH OF MARCH

March brings breezes loud and shrill, stirs the dancing daffodil.     ~Sara Coleridge~

Indoors or out, no one relaxes in March, that month of wind and taxes, the wind will presently disappear, the taxes last us all the year.     ~Ogden Nash~

I and 2 of my granddaughters will be celebrating our birthdays this month.   My oldest granddaughters is March 2 and I and my other granddaughter will be celebrating March 12.

Wishing everyone a wonderful and blessed month of March.

Dear Madeline

what a coincidence because my husband's birthday is the 12th of March too!
Now I will always think of you on that day too!
My own birthday is a week later on the 19th March (St Joseph's day).
My confirmation name is Josephine!

Wishing you many happy returns for the 12th March!

Hugs

Hello, dear Madeline!
How nice that you and one of your granddaughters can celebrate the birthday on the same day, perhaps even together! There's a birthday in March in our family too and even a wedding day.
Wishing you a very happy birthday and a blessed month of March!

March is supposed to be the "windy" month..and I love these months of late winter.
Hope all is well with you, Madeline. My daughter's birthday is March 1st and she was born in a leap year. Nearly didn't have a birthday except once every four years. :)
Happy Birthday just in case I forget..and of course I will. :( I forget EVERYTHING lately!
Hugs!

Dear Maddy...I'm sorry I haven't been by your blog lately...I see you on Face Book and I love that.
I love your March dress on the blog...very pretty.
My mama and daddy both had March birthdays, too.

I remember so well the drawings of the little girl hanging on to her umbrella with the March wind blowing at her back. It was in some of my childhood books..and when I think of March I think of her. It's a wonderful month!
