HAPPY FIRST DAY OF AUTUMN

It definitely feels like the first day of fall.   The thermometer on my front porch reads 56 degrees this morning.   I already have some leaves falling and lots of acorns.  Looking forward to seeing the leaves turn their bright and beautiful colors.  When the leaves start to fall in earnest  I am even looking forward to the raking and burning that my daughter and I will be doing.  I do not need the central air or heat on another thing I like about this time of year.   Have a blessed and wonderful day.

Leaves not turning out here in West Texas yet and with so much rain, our lawns are greener than in the hot summer. We don't have a lot of color change here...
Have a wonderful day, Maddy.

Hi dear Madeline! Your header is absolutely gorgeous! It is bright, cheerful and has lovely colours and reflections! It is 51.8 degrees fahrenheit right now in Montreal, Autumn has indeed begun! However, the weather forecast said that it will be getting warmer so perhaps we may have an Indian summer in October like we sometimes do.

I am so happy to see a post from you! Enjoy your day. :)
