ENJOYING THIS BEAUTIFUL DAY

I have been enjoying this beautiful day.  First I ran some errands.  Came home
and had lunch,  then sat out on the swing in the front yard and read some.  Then
took the above pictures of some of the flowering bushes and the violets .  The
first picture is one of my wisteria bushes that is in bloom the second picture is
just one of my red bud trees that are in bloom ( I still can not understand the
name since the flower is more of a pink color.) The violets grow wild in the
ditch between my yard and the street that runs in front of my house.  The
weatherman is calling for strong storms tomorrow so I will enjoy the day and
prepare for what is coming our way tomorrow.

It was a beautiful day to spend some time outdoors! The photos of your flowers are very pretty... hopefully they'll survive the storms tomorrow!

Oh that Wisteria. I must try again to grow one. We have a blooming Redbud too. They are so lovely.
The small wild violets are something we don't have here. How sweet they are.
Spring is so wonderful!
I love your header.

Ditto Deann. Hope the storms fizzle.
We have the little violets here, too. I love them.

It has been so cold up here that my Wisteria is not even leafing out yet. My cherry tree is in bloom as some Vinca. The neighbors have Rhodies and Azaleas in bloom but everything else is waiting for it to warm up a bit.

My little tiny violets were in bloom and then we had a little snow...now the violets are hanging their little heads in shame...:(
Maybe a few days of warmer weather will bring them back to life. They only bloom here in West Texas about 2 weeks.
Your spring photos are wonderful. I love Wisteria but have never tried to grow it.....

So enjoy seeing the spring flowers. We're just seeing the shoots in New York City.
