I have a pesty woodpecker that has drilled holes in the trim boards
around my house. My son-in-law noticed the damage last week. My
son came over and looked at what the pesty woodpecker had done. He is
going to spray for bugs first then fill the holes in with wood putty
and then paint. I love God's creatures but dislike the damage they
can do.

This is awful! I didn't know they could do so much damage. I thought they only did this to trees.
So how do you discourage them once you fix the damage? Maybe a sign that says "No Woodpeckers allowed."
