PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Cookies before baking.
Cookies after baking. Yesterday was a cold
day here so I decided to bake some peanut butter
cookies. These are so easy and if you like
peanut butter cookies I am going to share
the recipe with you.
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
Mix all ingredients together, drop by spoonful on
greased cookie sheet press with fork dipped in sugar
bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375 degrees. While still
warm they will tend to crumble but after they are
thoroughly cooled they will be firm.

Are you saying there's no flour in them?

I've always liked that cookie recipe since it is both simple and yummy!

(I am trying a new dessert recipe today. If it turns out well I'll post about it later.)

First of all a big congratulations to your grandson! Your cookies look so delicious. It brings back memories of my mom because she used to bake them all the time. Friday was cookie day at our house.
