WASHINGTON ZUCCHINI

It seem like everything grows larger in the state of
Washington. This zucchini was grown by my daughter.
Her garden is small but boy does it ever produce the
vegetables. She grows different types of tomatoes, zucchini,
yellow crook neck squash, and even has a couple of cantaloupe
plants. She has a green thumb like my mother had.

While I was on the phone with Kara last night, she was in the process of shredding one of her zucchinis to make zucchini bread. If it was the size of the one in your photo, it must have made a HUGE loaf!
