Time is flying by to quick
Janice
It sure is flying my fast. Thanks for visiting my blog.
Hi, Maddy...
My mama used to tell me that time would fly by faster the older I got....and, boy, was she right.
Last summer when Bill was sick and then passed away in July, the whole summer was gone before I knew it...now, this summer, I have been ill most of it and not enjoyed summertime all that much. It's just been a hard time since he passed. It can be a good day, and then, in the blink of an eye, it turns bad. I know we never get over losing our loves...and it is easier now but guess I'll always be sad. I am sure thankful for my family.....
Hope you are doing ok...
Oh, and I was going to ask if you let wild grass grow along with the wild flowers in your garden ?
The older I get the years just seem to fly by. We never do get over losing out loves it does get easier but I still break down and cry every once in a while when a memory of something we used to do comes in my mind. I do have grass in my garden but I try to keep most of it pulled up. I am doing ok still walking.
Wishing you happiness and health for the new month, dearest Madeline.
Thanks so much for coming by...I am always glad to see that you've been by and left a sweet comment.
I am glad to know you are still walking...I take it by spells...I am such a sissy..the weather has to be just right. I walked almost every day when we lived at our other house...we had a great park about 4 block from us and Mr. Sweet and I both enjoyed our walk so much. There is a park with a walking track near our house, but it's not as pretty..no pond...just pretty plain. I need to get out and do it, tho....you inspire me. xoxo
Thank you BJ. I walk for my health.
