AZALEAS

My husband and I planted many azaleas around our house.  At one time I counted 50 or more.  I have white, red. light pink, dark pink, fuscia, and coral ones.  They are blooming at their best right now.  My wisteria is also blooming.

Your azaleas are gorgeous. Azaleas do well in my area, St. Louis, but have never done well in my yard. We had 14 days in a row of clouds and/or rain and then sun yesterday, and now rain all day today. Tomorrow, Easter Sunday, 2 inches of wet snow is predicted. I hope the Easter Bunnies remember their umbrellas and snow boots. Odd weather this year around here. The few daffodils that I have are like bright yellow beacons of spring blooming away.

Have a wonderful Easter!

Thank you Susie for your visit. We too have had some rain but today is sunny and warming up. Tomorrow is going to be the same. Have a blessed Easter.

I do love azaleas - they are such early bloomers welcoming spring! They grow very well here in Oregon!

They do well here in Alabama.

Your azaleas are indeed gorgeous, Madeline! And your wisteria is blooming... sounds wonderful. :)
We have still much snow, but there are already some signs of spring.
I almost missed this post! I love azaleas and rhododendrons, but growing them here means much work. Now the rhododendrons must be protected against the sun, because the soil is still frozen. But they are wonderful plants.
Have a blessed day! Hugs!

Thank you Sara. The azaleas here are very easy to grow. I have 50 of them.
