Happy New Year Madeline! I liked reading your New Year Post with the images with wise words about the New Year.
Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment on my blog. We are all doing well here, including my little Fuzzy Pom. He just turned 13 years old at the end of December.
When I read the date of when I last posted on my blog it surprised me. I didn't realize it had been so long.
For quite a while my camera wasn't working, and then my old laptop stopped working and I got a new one that has a keyboard that isn't nearly as easy to type on as my old one. I'm a touch typist, I used to be a fast one, and the layout of this keyboard doesn't work real well for me. (It gets on my last nerve!) My husband didn't realize when he picked it out that a few keyboard layout changes would make such a difference to someone who was once a fast, accurate touch typist. I write a lot of blog posts in my mind, and then somehow they never make it to be actually posted. I need to start posting again. I do miss my blogging friends.

Hi, Maddy...such a cute post ushering in the new year. I hope you have a good year...I pray for all of us to enjoy all the blessings God sends us. 2017 was a really rough time for my family and I...and I draw courage and strength from you and several older ladies that have lost their sweethearts. For awhile there, I didn't know if I could make it or not and then.....I realized there are lots and lots of women that's lost their mate and they go on to lead a good life. Mine will never be the same without him but I know I can still find joy in life thru my amazing family. It's only been 6 months since he passed and I am still having some bad days...but more good than bad, I think. It;s just so so hard. Much love to you....
BJ It does get some better but I too miss and think of my husband and the things we used to do. I pray for you every day and night. Have a blessed day. Madeline
