WELCOME THE MONTH OF OCTOBER

October's the month when the smallest breeze gives us a shower of autumn leaves, bonfires, and pumpkins, leaves sailing down - October is red and golden and brown.
      ~ Author Unknown~

October is crisp days and cool nights, a time to curl up around the dancing flames and sink into a good book.
     ~ John Sinas~

October is scarlet and russet and grey.  Is hymning of plenty and wine ...  How calm is the morn!  In high treble the stream is saying in rambling measure.   Like a bard all enrapt that would catch and theme.  In the mazes of fancy and pleasure!
     ~James Rigg~

A brooding calm in all the air, a dreamy quiet every where, a golden glow to light the day that fakes in purple mists away - this soothing calm, this presence bright October's sweet and mellow light.
      ~Phebe A, Holder~

October gave a party; the leaves by hundreds came - the ashes, oaks and maples, and leaves of every name, the sunshine spread a carpet, and everything was grand;  Miss weather led the dancing; Professor Wind, the band .. The sight was like a rainbow new-fallen from the sky.
      ~ George Cooper~

Have a wonderful and blessed month of October.
