CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS

White tree that is in my computer room.  It has clear lights and what I call vintage ornaments.

This 6 foot tree is in my great room.  It has colored lights and the ornaments are ones that my children have given me and ones with my grand kids and great grand kids picture are on.

This 6 foot white tree is in my living room.  It has clear lights and gold ornaments.

This 6 foot tree is in my bedroom.  It has colored lights and pastel ornaments.

This wood tree my son, Kenneth made for me a couple of years ago.  I added a string of colored lights.  It is in the little room off my kitchen.

I have decorated every table with something.  This is my great room.

Another view of my great room.

We are still in the great room.  I have colored lights in the vase.

This is the gingerbread house my son and daughter-in-law gave me a few years ago.   It is in my great room,  it lights up.

Pillows and more decorations in  the great room.

More pillows.   The one with Noel is one my youngest daughter made for me .

Arrangement I have on my kitchen table.

This arrangement is fiber optic.  It also is in my kitchen.

More decoration in the little back room.

The table in the little room off the kitchen.

My collection of cookie jars .

Christmas bear that is in my quest bedroom.

Some of my Santa's in my living room.

As you can see I use gold , pink and white colors in my living room.

My franklin stove has electric logs in it.  We had a chimney fire at one time so I do not build a real fire in it.

More of my decorations in the living room.

More  decorations in the living room along with just 4 photo of my grand children.

This table in the entrance way is decorated with a string of clear lights and gold and white garland with glass decorations--angel, tree and nativity scene .  You may see them if you click on the photo and make it larger.

Wreath on my front door.  Given to me by my oldest daughter .

Now for the outside decorations.   I added this white tree with red ornaments this year.

Tree and Santa and candy canes.

My storage house with the Santa's and reindeer my husband cut out of wood and I painted.

Another craft we did years ago.

We all know what this is.

I found this Santa at a yard sale the sign I painted years ago.

This is another craft we did years ago.

My little tool house with Santa and Mrs. Santa and a tree plus a snowman.

Another craft we did and used to sell at craft shows.

My front porch.  I painted the sleigh and the Santa which is made from a piece of fence.

I use lots of poinsettias inside and outside.   I know this has been a long post I hope I did not bore you.  If you click on the photos you will be able to see them better.

Such a wonderful and inspiring post, Madeline! It means a lot of work to decorate inside and outside, but the result is lovely and certainly gives much joy to all that visit or pass by. All the decorations are beautiful and I liked especially the idea of a Christmas bear in the quest bedroom. :)
Have a blessed new week!

Madeline it all looks so pretty. Would you believe the wind has blown down most of my decorations this year. It's crazy. Now we are being hit by a big storm. I'm painting inside so I didn't get a tree up inside but decorated a tree outside and the wind knocked the ornaments of of this. It's Crazy.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you.
