Yesterday my husband and I took a drive down
to the town of Auburn where Auburn University
is located. It was the first time I had been there
and found it very much a college town. We walked
the main street and it was intriguing how they
had put the names of coaches and players in the
the side walk. I enjoyed seeing some of the
University and although it was hot I enjoyed the
walk down the main street.

Glad you had a nice trip. War Eagle!
What a nice post. Those buildings are so beautiful.
The universities here in California are more modern and even the traditional buildings are different architecture. Because of the earthquakes many of the brick buildings are gone.
Here's to all of your grandchildren that make it to these hallowed halls.
Looks nice. Glad you had a nice day out and about.

It looks like a beautiful unniversity! I love the style of the buildings. They are old fashioned which I really like. I'll just bet one of your grandchildren will attend there :>)
